refbook Accepting appointments

Accepting appointments

If your assignor has enabled 'deniability' for your competition, you need to accept every appointment. This is an important feature as it will change your individual appointment 'status', and inform your assignor(s) that you are confirmed for the appointment.

You will know if confirmation is required for each game because:
  1. the game status will be 'Unconfirmed'
  2. an orange whistle button is shown within on the My Appointments grid.
Confirming/declining appointments
  1. Click 'My Appointments' on the left hand menu. The games that need acceptance will have a status of 'Unconfirmed'. You will see the individual acceptance 'status' of the other crew members.

  2. To accept/confirm a game, click the whistle button of the appointment.
  3. If you wish to select multiple appointments together, tick the checkboxes of all the required appointments, and click any whistle button.

If you wish to accept ALL appointments, tick the checkbox in the table heading row.

  4. Click 'Confirm' to accept the appointment, or 'Decline'. You will be prompted to provide a reason for denying the appointment so your assignor can understand.

  5. Once an appointment has been confirmed, your game status will be updated to 'Confirmed'.
