Users adding a Team Involvement conflict (playing, coaching, etc)

As a user Team Involvement conflict is designed to manage situations where you have a relation with a specific team (eg: play, coach, team manager, family relation "spectator") and need to prevent being assigned during that's team's scheduled game.

In these cases, you should still be available for assigning to other game opportunities that do not clash at the specific time your team is due to play.

To add a team involvement go to your profile > Organisations



Select your organisations "actions" button



Action Button



Navigate to influences tab and here you can select too add a new "influence". 





A Team Involvement conflict acts as a hard 'blocker' to assist your admin better schedule you around clashes with a team(s) you have a connection with.





What does a Team Involvement conflict do?
The impact of creating a Team Involvement conflict is multi-sided:
  1. you will be unable to be assigned to officiate the specified team
  2. you will be automatically unavailable for assignment to all other games at the same time slot
Adding a Team Involvement conflicts
  1. Head to My Profile>Organisations
  2. Find the relevant Organisation and click the 'i' icon 



  3. Click the 'Influences' tab
  4. Click '+Add New'
  5. Select 'Conflict' as the Action Type

  6. Leave 'Competition' to 'All' (Note: Team Involvement is an Organisation-wide setting and does not require Competition or Division specification)
  7. Select 'Type' as 'Team Involvement'

  8. Select the team

  9. Include any Notes (optional for referencing the reason for this conflict)



  10. Select Suspension method
    1. Indefinite (will remain until removed)
    2. Date Based (select specific dates)

  11. Click 'Save' 
  12. Repeat the process to create additional Team Involvements with any other teams by clicking '+Add New'
