Changing your email

Users can easily change the email address connected to their refbook account.
Note: due to privacy and security protocols, neither refbook or parent organisations have the ability to change an individual's account email on their behalf.

Changing  email address
  1. Head to 'My Profile' (by clicking your name or the thumbnail dropdown, both located in the top right corner)
  2. Click on the 'Security' tab



  3. Click 'Change Email'



  4. Type in your new email address
  5. Click 'Submit'
  6. You will receive an email to verify the new email address. Click on the link to have the email confirmed.
