Uploading documentation (Identification)

Users can store important personal documents to be accessed by organisations such as identification and accreditation records.

Your profile's Indentification and Accreditation area stores the important details, so that your assignors can retrieve if necessary. There is no limit to how many documents can be stored in your profile, which can be a combination of International and regional options.
  1. Identification: personal documents such as passport, drivers licence, security cards
  2. Accreditation: individual documentations relating to non-officiating qualifications (eg: education, medical, finance and legal certifications)


Adding Identification documents
  1. Head to 'My Profile>Identification
  2. Click 'Add New' icon
  3. Select region
  4. Select Document Type
  5. Enter ID number
  6. Enter Expiry Date and Signed Date (optional)
  7. To upload an image of your scanned/photographed document, click 'Change image' under Document Image
  8. Search your computer for the file and click 'Open'. Note: the file must have a maximum size of 500kb and 500x500 pixels. 
  9. Crop as required and click 'Apply'
  10. Click 'Confirm'
  11. Click 'Create'
