refbook appointment status

Individual appointment acceptance status

refbook makes it easy to understand the status of your personal game acceptance status, and also that of your crew members.

There are three game status related to individual acceptance:

You have a new appointment but have not yet accepted.

The appointment has been accepted.

The appointment has been accepted and can no longer be changed. The overall 'game status' is now final.

EXAMPLE
If you were 'Matthew James', you have a new appointment as the CC position, but are yet to accept. Your partners have also not accepted.

After you accept the game, your appointment status is updated to 'Confirmed' and your assignor would see the whole crew has accepted their appointments.
