refbook joining organisations

Joining organisations

Refbook allows you to be a member of multiple organisations using your single user profile, without needing seperate login credentials.

To join an organisation, users can either be invited by an administrator of the organisation, or make a direct membership request (if enabled by the organisation)

Accepting invitations

  2. Click Join Group to accept
  3. If the organisation has custom Terms & Conditions, you will be shown an initial page which must be accepted to complete joining the organisation. Please review and accept the Terms and Conditions.

  4. Click Join Organisation. You will now have joined the organisation. They will now be visible in your profile as a connected organisation
