refbook joining organisations

Joining organisations

refbook allows you to join multiple organisations within the same portal. Users cannot join organisations themselves, they must be invited by an administrator.
  1. When being invited to an organisation, you will receive an email with the details.

  2. Click 'Join Organisation'
  3. If the organisation has custom Terms & Conditions, you will be shown an initial page which must be accepted to complete joining that organisation. These conditions are outside of the standard refbook conditions which were accepted when originally making an account. Please review and click 'accept the Terms and Conditions'.

  4. You will now have joined the organisation. They will now be visible in your user profile as a linked organisation.
