refbook Linking as Contacts

Linking as Contacts

Linking with other personal contacts allows you to see other refbook user's contact information, regardless of whether they are inside your organisation.

Note: you may already been given access to Organisation contacts based on your organisation setup. In this case, these contacts will already be found at Contacts>Organisation and do not require direct linking as a personal contact.

Linking a direct Contact
  1. Go to Contacts>Direct
  2. Click +Add Contact
  3. Enter the contact's details. They must be an existing user within refbook to join.
  4. When the user has been located within refbook, click Confirm.
  5. When the contact accepts the invitation, you will receive email notification of linking
  6. They will now be visible in your Contacts as a linked contact.
