Processing Registrations workflow

Processing Registrations (guided workflow)

The registration process is a self-serve process for officials. Registrations can be performed at any stage when a registration(s) is due for renewal (ie: the official does not need to wait for their organisation to trigger payment).

A guided workflow to processing registrations

STEP 1: Select Categories
  1. Select the officiating categories you believe you should be registered for and wish to pay in this transaction.
Note: you can register to all organisations that you’re a member of in the same transaction, to avoid repeating this process for each organisation.
  2. Click 'Next'

STEP 2: Summary & Review
  1. The summary allows you to review selections and registration fees incurred before proceeding to payment. If there are any errors or categories missing, click ‘Back’.
  2. If this summary is correct, click ‘Proceed to Payment’

STEP 3: Pay Online
  1. This step is preparing you before the online gateway will process your secure payments.
  2. There are three sub-menus that you can review:
    1. General
    2. Selected Categories
    3. Summary
Note: refbook’s gateway also has its own inbuilt summary step where you will review your cart before processing payment
  3. If any information is incorrect, click ‘Cancel order'
  4. If information is correct, click ‘Pay now’
  5. You will be navigated to refbook’s external payment gateway. Provide your card payment information and details of the payer (who may be different to the registering user).
  6. Click ‘Pay Now’
  7. Once the transaction is approved, click ‘Finalise Transaction’
Note: If you do not complete payment in this step, when you next return to the registration payment page you will see the below message. After clicking ‘Proceed to Payment’ you will be returned to Step 3 in the registration process.

STEP 4: Results
  1. You will be returned to refbook where the payment is shown as accepted. The registration is now complete and your Registration Status updated for the organisation to view.
  2. Click ‘Back to Homepage’ or navigate to any other part of refbook via the menus.
