Welcome to Refbook's Online Support Centre!

Support Centre Overview
There are many ways users can access support using the online Support Centre.
  1. Knowledge Base
This online Knowledge Base provides instructional articles with screenshots. This resource is available 24/7 and is constantly updated for new releases/features and real-life user cases. This support method is encouraged as it avoids support resources being unnecessarily consumed and is often a faster resolution for the user.

Once logged in, you may see additional sections if you have been granted acccess by Refbook. Note: please email us if you believe you need access to additional areas. The main section of the Knowledge Base that most users (officials) will access is:
    1. general information to manage their profile, availability and standard features: click here

  2. Helpdesk (support tickets)
The Support Centre allows users logged into the Support Centre to lodge 1-1 questions or problems via support ‘tickets’. These should be matters related to platform functionality (eg: registration, password resets) and not related to organisational assignment/financial matters.

Click here to visit My Area to manage your personal support tickets.

  3. Support Email
You may send an email directly to our support team via support@refbook.software. This will create a ticket and be responded to by the support team.

  4. Video Training
Click here to view the videos on using the platform
