User profile details

Your refbook profile stores personal contact and officiating information. Ensure all relevant personal details are entered and kept up-to-date on your refbook profile. This information is accessible by all your connected organisations for easy distribution of common data.



These can be updated any time by clicking on My Profile. Head to 'My Profile' (by clicking your name or the thumbnail dropdown, both located in the top right corner of the header menu)

Federations and Organisations can set "Mandatory fields" for things like
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Birthdate
  4. Gender
  5. Pronouns
  6. Mobile phone
  7. Home address
  8. Emergency contacts
Note: 'Mandatory' fields are managed by any combination of your connected organisation(s) or federation(s) or sport(s) who have a valid reason for requiring this data. Mandatory fields mean data points not yet filled on your Profile, you will not be able to save your other information until all 'mandatory' fields are completed. Please complete the missing information to proceed or contact your organisation to update mandatory fields. Refbook only requires a unique email address, firstname and lastname as mandatory

Updating timezone
Users can set their personal local timezone to ensure availabilty and appointment times are relevant to their location.
For users that are also an admin, their Profile timezone controls the time of any schedules uploaded to the organisation.


Updating Addresses
When editing Home, Work and Association addresses, click the 'pin' icon. 
This will open a map view. 


Click 'Search by name' to user the Google quick-finder. Enter in all/part of the destination and click 'Search'. The results to are shown and you can select the correct address. Click 'Select' and then 'Save' on the map screen to confirm the location.



Click 'Save' in the Edit User Profile box every time you make a change, or 'Cancel' to go back to the profile page.
