Welcome to the Technical Officials Registration Platform (TORP) by refbook.

The Technical Officials Registration Platform TORP has been developed to allow officiating branches to manage their membership list and facilitate the processing of federation and local branch registrations.
This advanced technology has been built to provide a solution for databasing officiating networks. The TORP enables the management of officials centring on the following key components:
  1. Tracking and governance of organisation membership lists
  2. Registration fee payments
  3. Reporting
The platform many benefits for officials including:
