Withdrawing from a game (Assignment Self-Serve)

Note: Assignment Self-Serve is only available if enabed by your administrator.

If you have confirmed an appointment and your situation has changed, you can use the 'Replacement' feature located in My Appointments.

Please note:
  1. The withdrawal feature cannot be used prior to an appointment being confirmed.
  2. Your administrator has the ability to configure the Replacement feature(s), so if this is not visible please communicate with them.
  3. Your administrator sets the time limitation on the feature's use prior to the appointment start time. By default it is 48 hours before the start of the game.
Withdrawing from a game
  1. Head to My Appointments
  2. Locate the game (note: the Status must be 'Upcoming')
  3. Click the 'Replacement' icon in the Actions column 
  4. Select 'Withdrawl' as your method of Replacement in the dropdown (note: available options is dependant on your organisation's configuration). Only one Replacement type can be selected if there are multiple options visible.
  5. Enter any comments for your admin



  6. (optional) Upload any relevant files if supporting evidence is required

  7. Click 'Submit'. Your assignor will receive a notification for acceptance.
