refbook Family Grouping

Creating a Family Group

Refbook allows you to setup and connect with other members of your family within the platform.

Linking within a Family Group allows you to view the members of your family and assist with:
  1. managing or overseeing appointments
  2. managing availability
  3. update basic contact information
When Creating a Family Group there are two main roles:
  1. Family Managers (the creator of the Family Group)
  2. Members (contacts within the refbook database who are invited to the Family Group by the Family Manager)
Notes:
  1. The creator of a new Family Group is automatically added as its Family Manager and foundation member
  2. The Family Manager of the Family Group must have a user's email address as used in Refbook in order to connect
  3. There is no limit to the number of Family Managers or Members within a Family Group
  4. All members must accept an invite to join a Family Group
Creating a Family Group
  1. Head to Contacts>Family Groups
  2. Click 'Add new' icon
  3. Enter a Name and Description for the Family Group
  4. Upload an group image (optional)

  5. Click 'Save'. The Family Group will be added your list. You will automatically be added as the group's Family Manager.
