Managing subscriptions in the Client Portal

Managing subscriptions in the Client Portal (for Administrators)

Organisation administrators can view and manage their organisation's subscriptions in the Client Portal.

Viewing subscriptions
Fromt left hand menu, click Subscriptions. This page displays all the organisation's subscriptions including the plan name, subscription creation date, amount, next billing date and status.



Clicking on any of the subscriptions will display detailed information related to that subscription.


Adding optional products and packages
  1. Click an active subscription
  2. This will open the subscription portal


  3. To add a new product or service, click 'Include Another Addon' 
  4. Click into the row to find the option you wish to add 
  5. The product/package addon will be added to the subscription, displaying the price.
  6. Continue adding any other addons

  7. Click 'Proceed to save' . This will preview the pricing impact of the changes/addons

  8. Click 'Update Subscription'
  9. An updated invoice will be generated and the balance updated in the Client Portal. Note: annual surchages/packages will be automatically billed pro-rata and must be consumed within the term.
