Registration concept workflow

Registration concept overview

Registration is performed by the officials themselves through the ‘My Profile’ section, with financial transactions processed via an online payment gateway.

The collated payment of multiple fees by an individual member is then distributed via the TORP to the required recipient organisations, saving both official and administration valuable time in manually processing multiple, and potentially tiered, fee transactions.

The below diagram represents the basic workflow of officials processing registration including their financial payments.
