Viewing PDF documents on the mobile app

Viewing PDF documents on the mobile app

When attempting to view/download documents that have been uploaded by organisation, your mobile device needs to have an application locally that supports the file type, such as:
  1. Adobe PDF Reader
  2. MS Office (Word/Excel)
In the phone's settings, a default application for each document type need to be configured. Otherwise, phones will open files as XML document (example below).
