Setting tournament availability

Setting availability using forms

Refbook allows you to quickly enter personal availability using special availability forms (including for tournaments and events). Your administrator will have instructed if this method is being used at your competition event.

Depending on how the adminstrator has configured the form's settings, the availability form will capture things such as:
  1. daily availability window(s)
  2. preferred venues (including if locations have been clustered into regions)
  3. team conflicts/involvements (ie: if you are also playing/coaching/spectating a team which is participating in the tournament)
  4. any other compatability information for organisers
This form information will directly create availability and conflict entries on your profile, saving you time getting prepared for the event.

Completing the availability form

  1. Head to My Actions and click the Members tab. The availbility form for your event will display as outstanding for completion.
  2. Click the To Do icon to complete form
  3. Enter the required questions
    1. For any questions related to playing/coaching conflicts, your submission will directly create Team Involvement conflicts within your profile

    2. The availability questions will quickly directly create custom availability entries within your profile (example below where locations have been clustered)
  4. Click Submit, or Save Draft if you wish to complete the form at a later stage.

Editing Availability

  1. If you need to adjust your tournament availability, please contact your tournament administrator who will unlock the submitted form and allow you to edit/re-submit
