Uploading documentation (Australia: Statement by Supplier)

  1. Go to My Profile>Identification
  2. Click Add New icon 
  3. Select region = Australia
  4. Select Document Type = Statement by Supplier
  5. Enter Document Reference Number (this is usually the financial year eg: FY2023)
  6. Enter Expiry Date (this is usually the end of the current financial year eg: 30 June 2024)
  7. Ignore Signed Date (not required)



  8. Upload an image of your scanned/photographed document by clicking Change image under Files
    1. Search your computer for the file and click 'Open'. 
    2. Crop as required and click Apply
    3. Click Confirm
  9. Click Save.

Note: should you have a document type supported within your state that is not possible to enter information please contact your organisation directly. 

Sharing Documents with your organisation(s)
Once you have added your document it is important to share this with the organisation(s) that you are working with.
  1. Go to My Profile>Organisations. This displays all the currently connected organisations
  2. Click the View icon on the organisation you wish to share with
  3. Go to the Documents tab. You will see a list of documents required by your organisation, and those that have already been shared.
  4. Click the + button in the Actions column against the required Document Type. Note: If you have not yet completed the document the system will require you to add this information. Your document will now be linked to the organisation
  5. To recall the document from the Organisation, click the unlink icon
